PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy for detecting a signal by attaching a deflecting member so as to be freely rotatable in the periphery of a deflecting point of the deflecting surface, and eliminating a fact that an optical axis of a luminous flux going to an objective lens from the deflecting member is shifted from an optical axis of the objective lens. CONSTITUTION:A light beam emitted from a semiconductor laser 2 is made parallel by a coupling lens 3, and thereafter, its parallel rays are deflected by the deflecting surface of a deflecting member 8, condensed by an objective lens 9, and radiated to the surface of an optical information recording medium 10, by which recording of information is executed. Also, in the optical pickup device for reproducing the information by leading a reflected light from the optical information recording medium 10 to a signal detecting optical system 11, the deflecting member 8 is attached so as to be freely rotatable to the periphery of a deflecting point P of its deflecting surface. In such a way, a shift from an optical axis which goes to the objective lens 9 from the deflecting member 8 is adjusted, and its optical axis shift can be eliminated. |
