The source is applied in electronics, experimental physics and cosmic equipment. It has enhanced capabilities for management of the section of flow and its compactness within wide borders by retaining the constant spacial distribution of electrons and the reduced expending capacity of the flow. The source contains - all in vacuum - hot cathode (1), a quadri-electrode electrostatic knot (2), a microchannel chip (3), an accelerating grille (4), located consecutively and isolated electrically from each other via isolational rings (5). The hot cathode (1) is connected with the negative pole of a high-voltage source (6), the positive pole of which is connected with the accelerating grille (4). A voltage divider (7) is connected to the high-voltage source (6) and consists of consecutively situated constant and regulated resistor and yet another resistor.
