<p>A garbage disposal-composting apparatus is provided having inner and outer chambers, for reception and degradation of different types of degradable waste material. The outer compartment is intended for degradation of cellulosic material such as garden wastes, and the inner compartment is intended for degradation of food scraps and kitchen waste. Decomposition of the cellulosic material in the outer compartment provides an insulating and heating effect to speed the degradation of the contents of the inner compartment.</p> |
