PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent resistance against ozone and high adhesive friction force by bringing JISA hardness within a range of specific numerical value and bringing loss tangent at a specific temperature within a range of specific numerical value. SOLUTION: If JISA hardness is less than 20 degrees, an elastic body roller becomes too soft and has insufficient rigidity, causing irregular friction. If it exceeds 30 degrees, the elastic body roller is not easily deformed and does not give high adhesive friction force for paper. Moreover, if loss tangent at 50 deg.C is less than 0.02, the impact absorbency property is scarcely obtained, the follow-up property to paper is greatly reduced, and the paper feed performance is greatly reduced. If it exceeds 0.035, energy loss in a slip condition with paper increases, slide resistance increases, and a wear amount increases. In this way, it is preferable to blend oil and plasticizer to reduce hardness. Moreover, it is preferable to reduce an amount of plasticizer which is added as much as possible and comparatively increase an amount of vulcanizer and vulcanization promotion agent which are blended in order to reduce slide resistance. |
