PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet like member for shock absorption with protrusions only and without the part corresponding to the sheet proper by a method wherein melted resin extruded from a pair of dies in which a pulrality of extrusion groove on each die-surface are connected alternately. CONSTITUTION:Extrusion grooves 3, 4 on the respective surface of a pair of dies 1, 2, are arranged at upper and lower sides alternately in an extrusion-direction. Further, the extrusion grooves 3, 4 arranged alternately are mutually connected at lapping parts 5 of their ends, and both dies 1, 2 are fixed in contact. The long members 31 extruded from the gaps between the dies 1 and 2 with such extrusion grooves 3, 4 are lapped and welded at the parts B in the direction of short sides, and shock absorber with sheet form can be obtained. |
