PURPOSE:To prevent drop of a wing panel in the event of accident occurrence by installing a safety valve on the fluid pipeline of a cylinder device which opens and closes the wing panel, and throttling the fluid stream from the lower chamber in the condition that this chamber is free from application of a high pressure over a certain specified level. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fluid pressure cylinders 21A, 21B are parallelly installed between a wing panel enclosing the rear body of a truck and the car body side supporting part. It is further equipped with upper chamber side divergent pipelines 22A, 22B and the upper chamber side main pipe 23 conjugate with these cylinders 21A, 21B, and lower chamber side divergent pipelines 24A, 24B and a lower chamber side main pipeline 25. Fluid feed from a fluid feed piping 26 is changed over by a selector valve 28, and the cylinders 21A, 21B are operated to open or close the wing panel. On the lower chamber side divergent pipelines 24A, 24B safety valves 40A, 40B are installed to admit the fluid stream in the direction of flowing into the lower chamber. The oppositely directed low is admitted in the condition of high pressure application over a certain level in the lower chamber, while it is throttled in the condition with no application of high pressure over a certain level in the lower chamber. |
