PURPOSE:To readily obtain granules having an average particle diameter with a narrow particle size distribution and a slight amount of fine powder by mixing polymer granules with oxyalkylene group-containing PVA-based resin in the presence of water and drying. CONSTITUTION:Polymer granules (preferably granules of highly water-absorbing resin) are mixed with oxyalkylene group-containing PVA-based resin (preferably oxypropylene group-containing PVA-based resin) in the presence of water and dried, then pelletized.
