<p>PURPOSE:To carry out an efficient cool within a specific time by storing the goods on the upper shelf at the time of entry, transferring the goods to the lower shelf after the specified time, and planning to draw out the goods on the lower shelf, in an automatic storehouse for such a food being heated on a manufacturing line. CONSTITUTION:The heated goods placed in a stereostorehouse 10, 10' from the manufacturing line are stored on the upper shelf. A computer 30 performs by means of a time management task recording of goods after a lapse of the first time in which temperature of the goods falls to require rearrangement and recording of goods after a lapse of the second time till the temperature drops to a low level possible to be delivered out. Moreover, a stacker crane control task is performed and the stacker crane 20 is controlled in response to input and output demand and also goods requiring rearrangement recorded by means of the time management task are arranged to the lower shelf of the stereoshelves 10, 10'. The goods can be cooled efficiently by this constitution.</p> |
