<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate laying of a communication cable and a sub-duct and prevent power cables from damaging by simultaneously inserting the sub-duct and a cable-passing rod into a piping simultaneously with insertion of a cable- passing rod. CONSTITUTION:When the end of a sub-duct 1 is inserted into the space in a piping 7 in which power cables 8 have already been inserted, the sub-duct 1 is moved forward in the piping 7 by guiding with a guide 5 at the end of a cable-passing rod 3. Since the sub-duct 1 is supported from the inside with the cable-passing rod 3 inserted thereinto, the sub-duct 1 is not broken in the piping 7 and can be smoothly inserted into the piping 7. When the end of the cable-passing rod 3 is thrust out of the piping 7, the guide 5 is removed from the thrust-out end of the cable-passing rod 3, an end of a communication cable 2 is connected to the end, and the communication cable 2 is drawn into the sub-duct 1 while the cable-passing rod 3 is pulled out in the opposite direction. Thereby the laying efficiency improves.</p> |
