PURPOSE:To extract the range being under a specific state with high accuracy by increasing a distance of a distance designating device, in the case the number clusters recorded in a feature range recorder does not reach a reference value. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when a distance between each conversation sentence is shown by the number of its lines, in the case a distance designating device 14 designates a distance of 2, a sentence connecting device 15 constitutes a cluster by connecting the sentence in which the number of lines between feature sentences does not exceed 2 such as a block 32. In the same way, in the case the designated distance 3, such a cluster as a block 33 is constituted. A range deciding device 16 decides a size of the cluster constituted by the sentence connecting device 15, and as for that which is larger than a given reference value, it is outputted selectively, and its conversation contents are recorded in a feature range recorder 17. A controller 18 checks the number of clusters stored in the feature range recorder 17, and in the case it does not satisfy the reference value set in advance, the number of lines designated by the distance designating device 14 is increased by one, and its operation is re-executed. In such a way, a suitable feature range is extracted. |
