The circuit connects a facimile to an electronic mail system to store and to readout the image data of the facimile. The circuit includes a MCP (8) for controlling the whole system comprising facimiles (101), telephones (102), and an exchange (103), a FIU (11) connected to the facimile through the exchange to receive the service request by blocks and to transmit the service to the facimile, a FCP (10) for detecting the internal and the external state signals to smooth the data communication between the MCP and the FIU, a ICP (12) for coding or decoding the image data transmitted through the FIU (11) and for converting the code to the image to transmit to the facimile, and a PCP (105) including a hard disk and a floppy disk to store the input/output data.
