PURPOSE:To improve butting of the angle material to interior materials, building materials or the like, and to improve adherence of the same thereto by making the interior and the exterior angles of an angle material specified ones, and by making the length of the part of the interior angle in specified times the thickness of the plate of the angle material. CONSTITUTION:In the intermediate processing, a flat metal plate is made to a semifinished material in roughly right angled shape and after this, an angle material 1 is manufactured by milling so that the interior angle part 102 thereof becomes accurately alpha. The angle alpha of the interior angle part 102 and the angle betaof the exterior angle part 101 where a side 11 and another side 12, each forming the angle material 1, come into contact with each other are respectively made to specified angle of 85-90 degrees. The length M at the interior angle part 102 is made to be in specified ratio where the length M is 0.5-2.0 times the thickness L of the plate. |
