PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble in feeding a titled loaded matter in a pail pack by maintaining the difference in the tensile strength of the wire among the optional three loops in the loaded matter of a welding wire at a specific value or below, curling the wire to loops along the inside wall of an outside cylinder, and stacking successively and eccentrically the loops. CONSTITUTION:A welding wire 5 is loaded and stacked 6 into a pail pack 10 consisting of an outside cylinder 1 and an inside cylinder 2 after the wire is twisted at a prescribed angle for each one loop by passing the same through a guide 4 attached to a flyer 3. The wire 5 of which the max. value of the difference in the tensile strength of the wires among optional three loops in the loaded matter attains <=4kgf/mm.<2> is used in this case. Such wire is curved to loops along the inside wall of the cylinder 1 and the loops of the wires are arrayed, stacked and loaded like a flower pattern in the pack 10. Then the trouble in feeding, such as entanglement and intertwining, is thoroughly eliminated in the stage of taking out the wire 5 from the pack 10. |
