PURPOSE:To prevent bubbles from being enclosed by performing degas a joint part through blowing air between resin materials in a part corresponding to the joint part of a counter part and a front apron part and the molding surface of a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A molding space corresponding to a counter part 2 and a back guard part 3 is filled with resin materials and a molding tool 6 is vibrated vertically and laterally to move bubbles to the top surface side for the purpose of degassing the molding space. A movable nozzle 10 blows compressed air between resin materials in a part corresponding to the joint part of the counter part 2 and a front apron part 4 and the molding surface 4a of the molding tool 6. Then, the resin materials separate from the molding surface 4a, and bubbles intervening between the resin materials and the molding surface 4a of the molding tool 6 and those rising to the joint part by the degassing action are blown off by the compressed air. Thus, the bubbles 8 are prevented from intervening between the end face of the counter part 2 forming a part of the front apron part 4 and the joint part of the front apron part 4. |
