PURPOSE:To automatize the insertion work by forming a structure of providing a guide which guides a part to the insertion hole formed on a member, injecting a pressure air from the insertion hole simultaneously with leading the part into the guide and inserting the part smoothly with the vibration of the member simultaneously with the injection stoppage. CONSTITUTION:When a valve guide 6 is moved to a work position and a guide hole 6a is positioned just above an insertion hole 4, a robot hand 14 is actuated, a valve spool 5 is held and inserted into the guide hole 6a. A pressure air is injected from the open part of the insertion hole 4 simultaneously with the insertion, the valve spool 5 is erected and slightly floated by the force of the injected air because of its being inserted into the guide hole 6a and its center shaft coincides with the center shaft of the insertion hole 4. The injection is stopped thereafter and a vibration body 8 is excited under specific conditions, then, a valve body 2 is vibrated vertically and the valve spool 5 is inserted into the insertion hole 4 smoothly and surely. The insertion work of the part can thus be automatized. |
