PURPOSE: To heighten the conductivity and wear-resistance by forming the contact surface of a feeder element by a sintered material containing hard metal and high-conductivity metal such as copper, silver or the like. CONSTITUTION: A contact surface of a feeder element 3 which completely or partially encloses an electrode wire 1 in contact state or comes into contact with the electrode wire 1 to carry an electric current is formed of hard metal and high-conductivity metal such as copper or silver. The hard metal is tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, manganese, tantalum, or niobium, and the rate of the tungsten is from 50% to 95%. |
