<p>A golf board-game for 1 to 4 players as singles or sides. Novel distance chart relates dice number to selected club and 6 set distances per club. Chart indicates when club is usable. Playing board represents 18 hole course, distances being marked out stepwise in parallel columns following hole shape. Score cards are in use. Certain hazard distances indicate a golf, sport, or general knowledge question is answerable to establish if hazard invokes full penalty. Profiles of famous golfers on question card backs introduce options of answering question or identifying golfer. General knowledge questions and golfers profiles are used to resolve putting. Game system caters for dedicated golfers and general public since question and profile cards may be used throughout game, or only to end putting or not at all. Game mechanism is also an ideal basis for a unique television game show.</p> |
