The triazene copolymer is used as an additive for cement solutions and concrete. It has the following units of periodicity:<IMAGE>and an end group<IMAGE>with n : m ratio from 8 to 12: from 0.5 to 2 with a molecular weight 1000 - 3000. The method for preparing the triazene copolymer involves converting the urea into a mixture of cyanuric acid and dicyandiamide and, followed by a reaction of the resulting mixture with formaldehyde in the form of an aqueous solution.
