PURPOSE:To eliminate directionality of shrinkage factor by so laminating a plurality of green sheets as to substantially cross perpendicularly casting directions, and sintering them. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined holes 22 are opened at a shaped green sheet 15. Holes are so opened at positions in which casting direction marks 21 become perpendicular to each other as to form X-layer and Y-layer green skeets 23 and 24. Predetermined circuit patterns 25 are printed on the opened sheets 16 with conductive paste. The sheets 23, 24 are printed at positions in which the casting direction marks are perpendicular to each other. The printed sheets 17 are stacked, and pressurized at a suitable temperature under suitable pressure. They are so stacked that the casting direction marks 21 of the printed sheets 17 become perpendicular to each other. Since the sheets are so laminated that the casting directions become perpendicular to each other and sintered, sintering shrinkage factors become the same in longitudinal and lateral directions of multilayer ceramic board. |
