PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which a hollow casing is charged with water to erectly settle it under water, and a weight is connected to the top of the casing and dropped, integrally with the casing, onto the top of the rubble-mound foundation for leveling. CONSTITUTION:A hollow casing 1 in a laid down state is towed to a construction site, and water is charged through a water supply and discharge hose 15 into the casing 1 to erectly settle it under water. A weight is hung down and connected to the casing 1, and the casing 1 is set on the top 36 of a rubble- mound foundation 35. The device is wholly lifted up and then dropped onto the top 36 by loosening a hanging wire 24. The leveling work for the rubble- mound foundation can thus be easily performed even in deep depths by using small-size crane ships, and the efficiency of the operations can be economically raised. |
