PURPOSE:To control the quantity of heat input properly and with high accuracy, by operating a deviation between a sectional shape measured value of a welded part prior to bead cutting by an optical cutting method, and a reference welded part shape value, and additionally controllng the voltage of an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam generated by a laser beam generator 18 is projected as a slit light beam 14a, is refracted by a mirror 17, is irradiated to an optical axis position 6A of an ITV camera 15 on a bead 6, and a reflected ray 14C is made incident to the ITV camera 15. An obtained optical cutting profile detecting signal is inputted to a CRT21, an exact shape is obtained, also is inputted to an analyzing device 22, height of the bead and the extent of overhang of the bead tip part are analyzed and detected, and its result is inputted to an operator 23. To the operator 23, a temperature detecting signal from a transducer 11 is also inputted, and the operation is executed. An output is outputted to an adder 13, it is added with an output from an operator 12, a control signal is outputted to an AVR9, the AVR9 is controlled so that the bead becomes within its allowable height, and a welding temperature is controlled suitably. |
