The invention relates to a device for producing harware or software, dynamic and random locks, comprising: - a random code generator incorporated within the object or program to be protected, capable of spontaneously creating a totally unforeseeable and perpetually variable random code with each call upon the lock, - an internal decoder, incorporated within the object or program to be protected, which, on receiving the random code will convert it into an unlock code or internal key; - an external decoder, in the posession of the user, which, likewise on receiving the random code will also convert it into an unlock code or external key, - a comparator incorporated within the object or program to be protected and which, on comparing the internal key with the external key will authorise unlocking if the two keys correspond or will refuse same if they do not correspond at the end of this comparison, the locking code and the two keys later losing all existence immediately after this comparison. <IMAGE>
