The method for displaying the state message about the service functions with software comprises: (a) inputting the key selection signal through a signal ring; (b) checking the input key signal and going back to the main program after providing error signal if no concordant service is there; (c) performing the selected service and displaying the concordant services; (d) going back to the main program after providing the specific number of the displaying service to the keyphone system; (e) and displaying the service message after finding out the content stored in the memory.
