摘要 PURPOSE:The reduce fluctuation of the characteristics of ceramic electronic parts by printing conductive paste by a photogravure method using a rigid roll. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic green sheet 12 is passed between a rigid roll 15 and backup roll 16. While the roll 16 is pressed with contact with the roll 15, conductive paste 23 is printed by a photogravure method on the lower surface of the sheet 12 by the roll 15 and, after printing, the sheet 12 is dried by a heater 21 after passing over a guide roll 20 and wound around a take-up reel 22. Since the paste 23 is printed on the lower surface of the sheet 12 in a rectangular shape by recessed sections on the roll 15 at prescribed intervals and the photogravure printing is made in a state where the sheet 12 is brought into contact with the roll 15, the planar shape of the paste 23 accurately coincidents with that of the recessed sections of the roll 15 and the accuracy of the printing position is high. In addition, the recessed sections of the roll 15 seldom deteriorate even when the time elapses, since the roll 15 is made of a rigid material. Therefore, fluctuation of the characteristics of ceramic electronic parts can be reduced.
