PURPOSE:To avoid an erroneous dialing operation or a trouble by reading a message data from a message storage means, extracting a numeral data representing a telephone number, converting the numeral data into a DTMF signal corresponding to every digit and converting and outputting the signal into an audible tone. CONSTITUTION:A telephone number reading section 14 reads a message data stored in a message memory 12, extracts a numerical data and sends the data to a DTMF signal generating section 15. The DTMF signal generating section 15 converts a numeral data to a corresponding DTMF signal at every digit and a speaker 16 sounds an audible tone DTMF signal. A telephone network 4 recognizes an opposite party telephone number by the DTMF signal to call the opposite party and the call is implemented by the response from an opposite party.
