<p>PURPOSE: To improve a working speed remarkably as well as cutting accuracy by fixing prints to be cut in a holder during their cut. CONSTITUTION: In the first cutting step, a plurality of prints 2 fixed in a holder 112 are simultaneously cut at their side opposite to their fold by a proper number of first cutting elements 98. In this step, the cutting elements 98, which are secured on a support unit 9 serving as a carriage, are allowed or guided to pass by associated cutters 115 along a guide means 95 by a transfer means 96. In the second cutting step, the prints 2 that have been guided toward second cutting elements 59 in advance, where they are fixed in holders 64 and 66, are cut at both their sides by cutting elements 59 that are fixed on the carriage- serving support unit so as to be guided to pass by associated cutters 65 along the guide.</p> |
