PURPOSE:To cancel current strain generated by a resistance by forming the resistance of an epitaxial layer to determine the output current value of a voltage- current conversion circuit while the layer is connected to the section the highest in the potential of the resistance. CONSTITUTION:A voltage-current conversion circuit through which current flows in the positive phase comprises a non-inversion amplifier 1, a transistor Q1 and a base diffusion resistance element 5. The epitaxial layer of the resistance element 5 is connected to the section the highest in the potential of the resistance element 5, namely, the emitter of the transistor Q1. A voltage-current conversion circuit through which current flows in the opposite phase comprises an inversion amplifier 3, a transistor Q2 and a base diffusion resistance element 6. The epitaxial layer of the resistance element 6 is connected to the section the highest in potential of the resistance element 6, namely, the power source Vcc. Therefore, strains in separate base diffusion resistances 5 and 6 are offset at the output where output currents of the voltage-current conversion circuit combine. This can cancel current strains generated due to the resistance. |
