PURPOSE:To enhance the mechanical strength by allowing the powder of hydro gen absorption on alloy to include polyacrylate, carboxyl-methyl-cellulose, fluoric resin, and powder of electroconductive material in respective contents specified. CONSTITUTION:In 100 parts by wt. powder of hydrogen absorption alloy are included 0.005-1 parts by wt. polyacrylate as a binding agent, 0.01-1 parts by wt. carboxyl-methyl-cellulose, 0.5-7 parts by wt. fluoric resin, and 0.5-2 parts by wt. powder of electroconductive material. The black mix in this composition is used to fill a two-dimensional electroconductive core to achieve a structure, in which the mechanical strength and the surface property (reactivity with hydrogen gas, etc.) are enhanced and also the internal pressure of battery is prevented from rising in case this is incorporated as a neg. electrode of a secon dary battery. |
