PURPOSE: To collect facts exact meter information by making a panorama record by photographing from each circumference of a station position and comparing it, with a local plane. CONSTITUTION: A camera 2 of recording vehicle has a specially developed fisheye lens and is attached to a stable platform 5 lifted through a sun roof from an automobile with a hydraulic device. The camera 2 can photograph only from the upper position of the automobile. Here, the platform 5 is acted so as to meet the vertical axis with a localized vertical axis. This is achieved with position sensors 12, 13, a servo driving screw spindle 9 and the like. Data recorded in mutually depending specific order are stored a file on a floppy disk 27 to which getting-into numbers are given. Next, central computers 19A, 19B process all directions of the whole and the memory of photographing data. This processing is automatically performed by pressing a record button 23. |
