PURPOSE:To uniformly scatter and mix active carbon by mixing and stirring active carbon fibers and active carbon powder with surfactant, whereafter evaporating the surfactant from this mixture and impregnating electrolytic liquid. CONSTITUTION:Active carbon fibers 8 and active carbon powder 9 are put into surfactant 10 put in a container 11, and then mixed and stirred to make active carbon powder 9 to get into the gaps of the active carbon fibers 8. Then, a gasket 7 is made to adhere to a collector 2, while the recessed part thereby made is filled with a mixture (pasty) of the active carbon fibers 8, active carbon powder 9 and the surfactant 10. After being pasted, the surfactant 10 is evaporated and impregnated with electrolytic liquid in order to make the half part of an electric double layer capacitor. |
