PURPOSE: To make easy a positional adjustment and holding prior to connection allowing to carry out a processing work to finish as well on the surface by containing a preliminary process to manufacture nearly flat foundational member containing an assembly of a component member of a ski board and a readjustment process which gives a desired curvature on the foundational member. CONSTITUTION: The first manufacturing process takes place by arranging the core between the shell formed by the lower member 130 and top wall 10 and side walls 11 & 12 within a mold heated at a temperature of about 60 deg.C. In this case parts 20 & 21 consisting of a film of thermoplastic material close to the front and back ends of the upper surface of the lower member 130 and these entire members are bonded in a beam shape. In the next readjustment process, one or a plural number of the end of the foundational member 101 is/are heated at a little higher temperature than the softening temperature of the thermoplastic film or insertion members 20 &21, during which these end areas are reformed until the desired formation is obtained. Next, keeping the resultant form, the thermoplastic films 20 & 21 are frozen until they are hardened. |
