PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in the balance between the mechanical strength and the moldability by dynamic heat treatment of a specified composition containing an alpha-olefin (co)polymer, a specified crosslinking agent, and a polyfunctional monomer. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition containing a partially crosslinked material, obtained by dynamic heat treatment of a mixture comprising: 100-1wt.% 2-8C alpha-olefin (co)polymer (A); 0-99wt.% rubbery substance (B); 0.01-7 pts.wt. [based on 100 pts.wt. (A+B)] of at least one crosslinking agent selected from a dihydro aromatic compound (C),optionally its polymer, an ether compound (B), a tetrahydro aromatic compound (E) and a cyclopentane compound (F); and 0.01-7 pts.wt. [based on 100 pts.wt. (A+B)] polyfunctional monomer (C). Examples of the 2-8C alpha-olefin (co)polymer to be used include a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, poly-1-butene, and poly-4-methyl-1-pentene. |
