发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject superconductor having a superconducting transition temperature sufficiently higher than liquid nitrogen temperature by gelatinizing a sol containing a specific organic compound derivative, forming to a prescribed shape, removing a carbon-containing compound and hot-pressing under hydraulic pressure in a mixed gas atmosphere containing O2 gas. CONSTITUTION:An organic compound derivative containing R (R is one or more elements selected from Y and lanthanide rare-earth elements), Ca, Ba and Cu is dispersed in an organic solvent (e.g. dimethylformamide) at (R+Ca): Ba:Cu ratios of about 1:2:4. The dispersion is incorporated with a solubilizing agent (e.g. ethylene glycol) and heated under acidic condition to obtain a sol solution having desired viscosity. The sol solution is gelatinized and formed to powdery form or other desired form. After removing carbon containing compound originated from said organic compound or the solvent, the formed product is hotpressed with hydraulic pressure at 850-1100 deg.C in a mixed gas atmosphere containing an inert gas and O2 gas under a pressure of >=400atm to obtain an oxide superconductor containing the oxide of formula (x is 0.001-0.5).
