PURPOSE: To guide a moving wall without damage by a method wherein an extension part to axially guide a wall in a housing in sealing coordination with a housing inner wall is arranged at the external edge of a plate. CONSTITUTION: A flexible diaphragm 10 has its inner peripheral edge fixed at a metallic plate 9 and its outer peripheral edge fixed at a housing 12 and a fold part 11 unfolded during movement of the plate 9 is provided. The plate 9 is provided at an external edge with an extension part 13 coordinating with the inner wall of the housing 12 so as to form a guide section for a moving wall 6. This constitution moves the moving wall 6 during operation of a brake and deforms the diaphragm 10 mainly in the displacement direction of the plate 9. The extension part 13 guides the moving wall 6 at the internal part of the housing 12, resulting in prevention of deterioration of the flexible diaphragm. |
