PURPOSE:To obtain the toner consisting of coloring agents and other additives uniformly dispersed into a resin constituting toner particles by subjecting a monomer compsn. contg. a radical polymerizable monomer, the coloring agents and polyester dispersant to suspension polymn. in an aq. dispersion medium. CONSTITUTION:The polymerized toner obtd. by polymerizing the monomer compsn. contg. at least the radical polymerizable monomer and the coloring agents in the dispersion medium is formed by adding and dispersing the polyester dispersant into the monomer compsn. Aliphat. or arom. polyesters, such as polyhexamethylene terephthalate and polyethylene succinates alone or in combination of plural kinds are usable as the polyester dispersant. The polymerizable monomer is a monomer havig radical polymerizability, for which for example, a monovinyl arom. monomer, acrylic monomer, etc., are used. The toner uniformly dispersed with the invididual fine particles of the coloring agent, etc., is obtd. in this way. |
