<p>PURPOSE:To prevent X rays from leaking when the electronic equipment is not used and to protect a display part against external environment by covering the display screen of a display part and shielding light from an external field. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 2 is provided to cover the display screen 3 of the display part 11 and shield the light from the external field. Namely, a sensor 19 which detects the opening/closing state of the shutter 2 is provided below the display screen 3 and detects the opening/closing state of the shutter 2 to inform a CPU 16a of that. Then the CPU 16a interrupts the transmission of data on an image which is displayed currently on the display screen 3 when the shutter 2 is closed. Consequently, while the X rays are inhibited from being emitted to the external field, electric power is saved to protect the display screen against damage.</p> |
