PURPOSE:To switch a radio channel without intermitting the communication by establishing bit, frame synchronization with a switching destination base station without interrupting the communication with a switching origin base station in the case of switching of the radio channel and confirming the radio channel of the switching destination. CONSTITUTION:A system is provided with a mobile station 21 making communication in the service area, a base station 22 in communication with the mobile station, a base station 23 adjacent to the base station 22, a control station 24 controlling the base station and the mobile station, an exchange station 25 making line switching, a line network 26, a control line 27 and a communication line 28. The radio channel is switched without interrupting the communication.
