<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the dental surgery reform for moving a tooth along an arch wire and to shorten the medical treatment period by guiding a ligating line to a separated position in the arch wire by a ligating line guidance means, and ligating a pair of projecting bodies. CONSTITUTION:To the front of a tooth 2, a base 4 of a bracket 3 for dental surgery reform is stuck with an adhesive. On the base 4, a pair or more of projecting bodies 5 are provided, and on head parts of each projecting body 5, a wing 6 is provided integrally in the sideways outside direction, respectively, and on the projecting body 5, a guidance groove 7 is provided in the oblique direction. Between a pair of projecting bodies 5, 5, a slot S is provided and an arch wire 8 whose cross section is a square type is inserted therein, and as for its arch wire 8, its outside is ligated by a ligating line 9 so as not to be detached from between the projecting bodies 5, 5. Also, the guidance groove 7 which extends over the projecting body 5 and a part of the wing 6 and provided like an inclination guides the ligating line 9 to a separated position in the arch wire 8.</p> |
