PURPOSE:To improve the throughput and to improve the circuit use efficiency of a whole system by taking statistics of the satellite circuit use frequency of each slave station, and allocating preferentially a frequency allocation request data transmitting slot to the slave station whose use frequency is high. CONSTITUTION:A reference station statistic data processing part 5 counts a satellite circuit use frequency of each slave station, generates statistic information extending over a prescribed period, and sends the slave station number whose use frequency is high to a reference station circuit control part 4. A slave station circuit control part 12, etc., confirm whether master station and slave station numbers are contained in a reference station TDM burst or not, and when the master station transmits circuit control information of a frequency allocation request, etc., a transmission control is executed so that it is positioned in the burst of the reference station TDM burst containing the master station and slave station numbers. The slave station in which the master station and slave station numbers are not contained in any reference station TDM burst transmits circuit control information of the master station to a random access burst position. |
