PURPOSE:To form a net section by molding by providing a space heating means in the vicinity of a net section molding section formed in the male and femal molds of first and second molds and injection casting molten resin. CONSTITUTION:Net section molding sections 15a and 18a corresponding to the shape of a net section 38 of a filter to be manufactured are formed respectively on a male mold 19 and a female mold 16 of the first and second molds 2 and 7, and spaces 8 and 28 and insulating sections are provided in the vicinity of the net molding sections 15a and 18a of the first and second molds 2 and 17. Molten resin is injection cast into a mold 1 in the state that the heating means is accommodated in the spaces 8 and 28 as the insulating sections of the first and second molds 2 and 17. The molten resin flowed into the net section forming sections 15a and 18a, therefore, is insulated and flowed into the whole of fine mold and becomes hard to be cured. The net section can be formed by molding by said arrangement. |
