<p>PURPOSE:To suitably and exactly set a transition time slot to a security state by setting the inside of a building to the security state while considering the number of remained tenants in the building and a setting time slot, and controlling passage into the building. CONSTITUTION:In the respective rooms of the tenant building, ID discriminators ID1-IDn are provided to control the lock and unlock of room doors based on an ID discriminated result and to operate an intrusion monitoring device in the room when the door is locked. In a building entrance EN, intrusion monitoring signals to be outputted from the respective rooms are inputted for every prescribed time. A signal number discriminating means CL1 is provided to discriminate whether the number of the input signals per time slot exceeds the number of the input signals set in advance by a signal number setting part corresponding to each time slot or not. Then, a final time discriminating means CL2 to discriminate whether the final time to lock the entrance comes or not, a shutting means CL4 to shut the building entrance according to one of discriminated results are provided. Thus, the building entrance can be shut while considering both conditions such as the number of the tenants under security and the time slot.</p> |
