<p>PURPOSE:To realize a satisfactory steering feeling of a power steering by so determining the mounting position of a permanent as to cancel cogging torque due to fluctuation of magnetic flux each other when tees and slots are passed through both ends of a permanent magnet in the rotating direction of the armature. CONSTITUTION:An armature core 1 has fourteen slots 26, a slot skew 1, and irregular gaps in such positional relationship that tees 25, the slots 26, and permanent magnets 2, 3 are arranged so that the center lines 4, 5 of the magnets 2, 3 are shifted from the mechanical axis. When both ends 27, 28 of the magnet 2 are disposed on the tees 25 of the core 1, both ends 29, 30 of the magnet 3 of reverse polarity are disposed just on the slot 26 to suppress magnetic flux change due to rotation of the core 1, thereby reducing the cogging torque.</p> |
