POLYESTER BASED STRETCH NONWOVEN FABRIC

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the soft and stretchable title nonwoven fabric consisting of a composite short fiber obtained by conjugating two kind of polyester terephthalate-based polymer each having specific difference of intrinsic viscosity and difference of crystallization initiation temperature into side by side type and suitable for sport clothing, etc. CONSTITUTION:Two kind of polyethylene terephthalate-based polymers being 0.15-0.25 in difference of intrinsic viscosity and >=20 deg.C in difference of crystallization initiation temperature and being a polymer copolymerized with 6-12mol% isophthalic acid in a polymer having higher intrinsic viscosity are spun into side by side type and conjugated and a web containing the resultant composite short fiber at a weight ratio of >=70wt.% is interlaced by providing needling by needle punch or water needling by water jet to the web and heated and microcrimp is developed to provide the aimed nonwoven fabric.
