<p>PURPOSE:To radiate heat generated in a resistor efficiently to a printed board and obtain electric circuit component parts which make it possible to consume large electric power by permitting the resistor to be equipped between the 1st upper conductor electrodes and providing the 2nd conductor electrode at the other side of a ceramic board facing the resistor so that its 2nd electrode is connected to the printed board. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the 1st conductor electrodes 2 are formed on the upper part of a ceramic board 3 at regular intervals and a pair of the 3rd conductor electrodes 4 are formed so that the electrodes 4 are connected to the 1st electrodes 2 through a through hole 6 and are formed at the lower part of the ceramic board 3 that is used for connection with a printed board 8. Then, a resistor 1 which is formed by printing or writing is formed between the 1st upper conductor electrodes 2, and the 2nd conductor electrode 5 which is located between the lower 3rd conductor electrodes 4 is formed on the printed board 8. Consequently, the electrode 5 is formed at a face that is opposite to the formation face of the resistor 1 and permits heat generated by the resistor 1 to transmit to the printed board 8 through the ceramic board 3 by soldering 7 the above electrode 5 to the printed board 8. Then, efficient radiation to the printed board 8 enables electric parts to consume large electric power.</p> |
