PURPOSE:To obtain a food useful for preventing and treating protein allergy of soybean, etc., by processing a food without adding soybean, egg, milk and protein derived therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A desired food such as soy sauce, MISO (fermented soybean paste), sauce, soup for noodles, UDON (wheat vermicelli) or macaroni is processed and produced not using soybean, egg, milk, a secondary raw material such as soybean oil, soy sauce, MISO, egg yolk, butter and cheese obtained therefrom and further protein such as glycine, egg albumin, milk albumin and casein derived therefrom as a raw material. |
