<p>PURPOSE:To perform a highly accurate working process with high efficiency by extracting the digitization data showing an unmachined part out of the digitization data showing the surface form of a model based on the information on a specified unmachined part. CONSTITUTION:An unmachined part specifying means 8 specifies an unmachined part based on the digitization data showing the surface form of a model, the digitization data showing the moving locus of a tool, and the form data on the tool. Then an unmachined part extracting means 9 extracts the digitization data showing the unmachined part out of the digitization data showing the surface form of the model based on the information on the specified unmachined part. In such a constitution, the movement of the tool is supposed for production of an envelope form and a part which is not included in the envelope form is extracted out of the offset digitization data. This extracted part can be automatically specified as an unmachined part. As a result, an NC working program is easily produced to show an accurate working range.</p> |
