The method prevents shrinking or twisting of the crystallized products in cooling the molded products, and shortens their cooling time. The apparatus comprises a jig, whose shape and size are the same as the molded products to receive the molded product; cooling water of 15-25 deg.C for settling and cooling the products for 20-40 secs; fixing device (2) for molded products (1), being vertically moved by shifter (3); cooling device (4) with inner cooling water, for settling the product (1); push plate (6), for fixing the product to jig (5), being vertically movable by cylinder (7).
