<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misrecognizing by injecting transparent vaporized gas or a transparent liquid substance into a space layer formed between two transparent members having transparent electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Electrode lines 2 are formed on the surface of a substrate A1 such an a general blue plate glass by ion beam sputtering or the like, and electrode lines 4 also are formed on a substrate B3 consisting of a transparent high molecular material such as polyester by the similar method. Then both the substrates A1, B3 are stuck to each other by silicon group adhesives e.g., and at that time, an injection hole 6 for storing the transparent substance is previously formed. After the adhesion of both the substrates A1, B3, the transparent vaporlized gas or liquid substance is injected from the injection hole 6 into the space 7 formed between the two substrates A1, B3. Consequently, keying failure due to the defective contact of a gap part can be removed and the misinput of 'KANJI' (Chinese characters) or graphics can be suppressed.</p> |
