PURPOSE: To eliminate vibrations such as the jitter of beams by providing a groove for arranging a waveguide and a pair of grooves for deflecting element positioning with which deflecting elements are positioned in relation with the positions of three ports. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a driving means for moving radiation deflecting elements, 1st-3rd radiation ports P1-P3 arranged so that the radiate signal beam arriving at the switching part of the 1st port P1 can be made incident on the 2nd port P2 and deflected to the 3rd port P3 by the flat surface of deflecting elements, groove for arranging 1st-3rd waveguides for positioning the respective 1st-3rd ports, and board having a pair of grooves for deflecting element positioning with which the deflecting elements can be positioned. Thus, the switching device having no vibration such as the jitter of beams, generally, an electromagnetic signal switching device can be provided. |
