The design deals with indicating the liquid pollution. Its purpose is to simplify the process of indicating liquid pollution while lowering the requirements for dimensions, weight and the operating and maintenance costs of the indicator. The merit of the design lies in the fact that a measuring tank with the liquid to be gauged is placed between the transmitter and receiver, both of which are located on the same axis. The transmitter, or the receiver respectively, comprises a body which has its first roll end encased by a sight glass and its second roll end encased by an insulation plug, where the transmitting source, or the receiving component respectively, is placed.<IMAGE>
